2015 marks Pioneer Title Agency's 30th Anniversary in Arizona!
To mark this milestone, we are pleased to announce the we have partnered with the Arizona Trail Association – also celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Arizona Trail – on “Take a Hike,” a first-ever fundraising and employee wellness challenge utilizing the Arizona National Scenic Trail. Through the unique partnership, Pioneer’s team of more than 375 individuals has set a goal to raise at least $30,000 in 2015 to support the Arizona Trail. The community minded team will also collectively hike, bike, run or ride all 800 miles of the Arizona Trail. Please click here to learn more, track our progress or make a donation to the cause.
Pioneer Title Agency is a full-service company with a "Commitment to Service." Our company provides title insurance, escrow, account servicing, trustee sales, as well as builder-related trust services. With 52 offices throughout Arizona, and unlike the large national title insurance corporations, Pioneer is an independently owned and family-operated title insurance agency. Our people and their commitment to service are what set us apart. From servicing your needs to being of service in the communities where we live and work, we are there for you.
Closing Tips: Funds to Close Escrow
Funds deposited for close of escrow should be in a form acceptable to the escrow agent. We will require cashiered funds from a local banking institution or wired funds as out of town and personal checks will cause a delay in the transaction. Title companies do not accept cash.
Closing Tips: Prepaid Interest
Interest on your new loan is paid in arrears (for example, your escrow closes June 10 – Pioneer Title will collect prepaid interest from June 10 to July 1; your first payment on the new loan is due August 1, which pays interest from July 1 to August 1).
