Having a third-party service your loan has many benefits to all parties concerned.  We maintain the records for all payments paid and disbursed, hold your important documents in safe keeping and process the applicable releases when the loan is paid in full.  Payors (borrowers) and Payees (lenders) have an assurance that any transaction involving their loan will be documented with an accurate accounting. 

Our processing center is located in Sierra Vista, Arizona except for those accounts originated in Mohave and LaPaz County  (see below).  Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 to 5:00, except holidays.  We also have a 24/7 message center for after hours, weekends and holidays.
